I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned:

Unless they arrive damaged or you received an incorrect order because of seller error, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital items and printables
  • Canvases
  • Over-sized prints larger than 11 x 14
  • Gifts you have received that were purchased by someone else (please contact the buyer and I will be happy to work with them).

Returns and exchange details

Please contact me for authorization before you return prints. You may return only unopened PAPER prints in their original condition and in original cellophane packaging. Prints that have been framed, trimmed, mounted or modified do not qualify for returns. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Damages or incorrect order
I will happily replace prints that have been damaged in transit or are incorrect due to seller error. Please contact me, with photos, within 7 business days of delivery and I will send you a replacement. PLEASE DON'T RETURN DAMAGED PRINTS.
Things to know:
  • BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for all shipping charges incurred and will be refunded for the cost of prints, less original shipping charges. 
  • BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for any loss in value for damaged returns. Prints can easily get damaged in the mail so please take care to protect your return. I suggest a rigid mailer, cardboard inserts and / or original packaging where possible. You may wish to insure your prints in case they arrive back to me damaged.

International Customers

You may return your order in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for all return shipping charges. However, items that are returned to me because customer refused local fees such as (but not limited to) Customs / VAT / Import Taxes will be refunded the purchase price less original shipping fees.

Refunds will not be issued due to transit / shipping delays or before the item has been marked as delivered in the tracking system. I will fully refund or replace orders that have been considered lost by the Postal Service. In all cases, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery for international orders.

PLEASE NOTE: Frames and mats are not included in my listings and I do not sell them. The frames shown in the photos are for visual display purposes only.
